Funkoverse JAWS

I was hired by Funko to do the 3D part of the cover art and some of the cards for their Funkoverse - JAWS board game. The process was really interesting and super new. They would provide the high-res ZTL for the little guys and I would be responsible for creating the whole scene in 3D from modeling the set and props to rigging, posing, lighting, shading, texturing, framing and rendering. It took me four days for the first draft and two extra days for the final delivery. It was really an awesome experience to collaborate with them and have this much freedom! The final art was a paint-over by the super talented Scott Vigil. I wrote a breakdown article for Pixar's RenderMan website explaining the process in more detail
